# Launch

The HUDL token will come to market as a fair launch, via Uniswap where liquidity will be added at a low marketcap.

The HUDL token will initially carry a 25% sell tax, which reduces by 1% per day for 20 days. This is a novel fundraising mechanism that will generate project treasury, reduce early sell pressure, discourage bots and improve long-term holdership.
